Regional Trainer (10-12 yrs)
Job Summary:
The Regional Trainer is responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering training programs within a designated geographical zone. They ensure that employees within their Region are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the training department and management to identify training needs within the zone.
- Develop training programs tailored to the specific requirements of the zone, taking into account regional nuances and challenges.
- Conduct training sessions for employees within the zone, both in-person and through virtual platforms.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions that facilitate learning and skill development.
- Utilize a variety of training methods and techniques to accommodate different learning styles.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms, evaluations, and performance metrics.
- Monitor the performance of employees within the zone and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to reinforce learning and skill application.
- Address individual training needs and challenges through one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, evaluations, and feedback.
- Generate reports on training effectiveness, progress, and areas for improvement within the zone.
- Collaborate with other trainers, department heads, and HR personnel to ensure alignment of training initiatives with organizational goals.
- Share best practices and insights with colleagues to enhance overall training effectiveness.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, MBA marketing).
- Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a similar role or industry.

- Ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using training tools and technologies.
- Flexibility to travel within the designated zone as required.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and practices within the designated zone.
- Experience in managing remote or dispersed teams is a plus.
- Languages Must Know: Telugu, Tamil, English.
- Able to handle client exceptions.
- Indian Equity Market Knowledge.
Experience:
- 2-3 years in Sales experience and 2-3 years real-time experience as a Product trainer.
