Role Description The Senior Manager Commercial Retail and Strata will lead and manage commercial real estate mandates, with a focus on retail and strata projects in Pune City. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves overseeing leasing and sales activities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue targets for commercial assets. The role includes conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, preparing and presenting proposals, and coordinating site visits and negotiations. The individual will collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, finance, legal) to ensure smooth transaction execution and compliance with organizational standards. The Senior Manager will also monitor portfolio performance, provide regular reporting to senior leadership, and support strategic planning for commercial and strata developments.
Qualifications

• Strong expertise in commercial real estate, especially retail and strata, including leasing, sales, and transaction management.
• Proven ability in client relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation in a business-to-business environment.
• Experience in market research, financial analysis of commercial assets, and preparation of business proposals and presentations.
• Solid understanding of real estate regulations, basic legal documentation, and compliance requirements in the Indian market.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team management, mentoring, and performance tracking.
• High level of proficiency with MS Office tools and real estate CRM or relevant technology platforms.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; a postgraduate degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Prior experience (typically 7–10 years) in commercial real estate, retail leasing, or strata management.
• Ability to work on-site in Pune City and travel locally for client meetings and property visits as required.
