Field Service Engineer

What role you will play in team: Provide on-site maintenance and repair services.

What you will do: Troubleshoot equipment issues, perform repairs and preventative maintenance.

Key responsibility:

• Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions in the field.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to prevent future failures.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs.
• Communicate effectively with clients to resolve their equipment issues.
• Maintain a company vehicle and equipment in good condition.
  
• Follow all safety regulations and procedures.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in field service.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
