Senior Risk Management Officer

What role you will play in team: You will provide leadership and guidance to the Risk Management team and act as a subject matter expert.

What you will do: You will manage and oversee risk assessment processes, implement risk mitigation strategies and help develop the overall risk management framework.

Key responsibility:

• Lead and manage a team of risk management professionals.
• Develop and implement comprehensive risk management policies and procedures.
• Oversee the risk assessment process, ensuring consistent methodology and timely completion.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address identified risks.
• 
  Monitor and track key risk indicators (KRIs).
• Prepare and present risk reports to senior management.
• Stay abreast of emerging risk trends and regulatory changes.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Master's degree in risk management, finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in risk management.
• Strong understanding of various risk management frameworks and methodologies.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
