Required Skills

• 5+ years of Knowledge in administrating Atlassian application (server, datacentre and cloud ) Jira , Confluence and bitbucket , Front End and back end .
• Hands on following plugins is must : Script runner, Insight, eazyBI , Automation for Jira , Email this issue & configuring mail handlers & maintenance.
• Develop an implementation strategy based upon technical requirements in accordance with our Atlassian build standards for Jira
• Design, build and maintain Jira Software and Service Desk Projects, workflows including project workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, notification schemes required to support on-boarding and off-boarding activities, Email Configuration .

• User management though LDAP , SSO
• Responsible for EazyBI reporting plugin to manage all accounts, data quality, data import, updates to existing reports, developing new custom reports, training for team members and customers, developing KPI dashboards from individual reports.
• Confluence space creation, permission, templates creation
• Bitbucket user management , project and repository creation.
• Primary knowledge of database oracle, PowerShell, Shell , Linux x, Rest API
• Attend standing project meetings, agile ceremonies and report weekly status to stakeholders
• Training Users and support end user for user queries and issue
