Sales Manager / Operations Head

About the Role

We are seeking an aggressive, results-oriented Sales Manager / Operations Head to lead a team of 10 Field Sales Executives. You will drive sales strategies, optimize lead pipelines, mentor field executives, and ensure smooth business operations across the Delhi-NCR territory.

Experience Required: 2 to 4 years (preferably in Consumer Durables / Home Appliances)

 * Location: Sector 63, Noida (Handling Delhi-NCR territory)

 * Joining Timeline: Urgent (Within 15 days)

Key Responsibilities

 * Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 8-10 Field Sales Executives to achieve revenue targets.

 * Oversee lead distribution, pipeline tracking, and follow-up processes.

 * Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies and roadmaps for the NCR region.

 * Monitor daily field activity, performance metrics, and sales conversion rates.

 * Provide continuous training, drive accountability, and maintain team motivation.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

 * Experience: 24 years of proven track record in B2C/Field Sales management, ideally within Consumer Durables or Home Water Solutions.

 * Leadership: Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.

 * Communication: High proficiency in English and Hindi.

 * Work Ethic: Highly serious, disciplined, and proactive with a commitment to long-term operational success.

 * Availability: Immediate joiner (up to 15-20 days notice period max).
