Role & responsibilities

1. Update and train team on the planning skill which cascaded by headquarters and regional strategic planning

2. Lead the planning team to develop the production plan and material plan, follow up and adjust the plan.

3. Leading and be responsible for all brewery level planning function, including local S&OP

4. Focus on the brewing and packaging working plan, clear the impact of energy consumption on scheduling

5. Focus on the finished goods and beer age and all malts shelf life, timely reporting the abnormal situation and solve the problems.

6. Focus on material inventory, recyclable packaging material inventory, orders and shipments, and ensure inventory accuracy. SAP support to the team in the dept.

7. Timely feedback all kinds of abnormal conditions in the production process, and coordinate with the team for solution to ensure the smooth implementation of the production plan.

8. Responsible for making annual logistic budget, safety improvement plan and Capex project implementation.

9. Responsible for logistics support data collection, analysis, reporting, tracking and submit (includes transportation, supply chain loss)

10. Responsible for the daily, weekly and monthly KPIs data integrity includes planning and operational KPI and logistics cost; tracking the logistics actual costs, LE vs budget, do the explanation if its any difference exist. find opportunity and make the action log to reduce logistics costs and improve logistics efficiency

11. Make training plan based on the company's human resources management policies. Check the tracking, program implementation; making the performance management process to ensure that the process will be fair and justice; regularly communicate with employees.

12. Implement the Department 5S inspection monthly, checking the result by using SCL and MCRS;

13. According to RACI and SLA, the timely completion of the work of the task;

15. Responsible for the implementation of management pillar, ensure passing the VPO audit.

16. Achieve the KPI integrity.

17. Responsible for follow-up of import and export permits.

18. Responsible for developing daily, weekly and monthly plan, and follow up the execution and material status.

19. Complete the tasks timely which given by the manager

20. Manage all inventory including spares as per VPO requirement and maintain and improve the counting results.

21. Lead one of VPO pillar as per plant VPO PMO RACI.
