Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Monitor and implement Quality Assurance (QA) & Quality Control (QC) procedures at site.
Conduct inspection of fabrication and erection activities for boiler and power plant equipment.
Review and approve WPS, PQR, ITP, QAP, and method statements.
Ensure compliance with codes & standards (ASME, ASTM, IS, etc.).
Coordinate with client, consultant, and third-party inspection agencies.
Maintain quality documentation, reports, and records.
Conduct stage-wise inspections and ensure proper material verification.
Monitor welding activities, NDT reports, and hydro test procedures.

Strong knowledge of boiler components and power plant equipment.
Experience in welding inspection and NDT coordination.
Familiarity with ASME standards and QA/QC documentation.
Good communication and coordination skills.
