Manager HR Operations And Analytics
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure high data quality, accuracy, and integrity across all HRIS systems (including Workday)
- Define and implement data governance standards, validation checks, and audit mechanisms
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards using Power BI / Tableau
- Generate insights on key HR metrics such as attrition, hiring, workforce trends, and performance indicators
- Apply people analytics models to support decision-making (e.g., attrition trends, workforce segmentation)
Competence Requirement:
- Good understanding of people analytics frameworks and models
- Strong expertise in Power BI and/or Tableau
- Strong data management, validation, and analytical skills
- strong analytical and number driven mindset
