Assistant - Tech

The Role:

We are looking for a proactive, tech-savvy Assistant with strong Excel and SQL skills, effective communication, and a passion for optimizing processes with technology.

Major responsibilities:

1. Data Management & System Support Manage incoming data requests, ensure

accuracy, and follow structured validation while adhering to TAT. Support internal teams with system-related queries and workflow management.

2. Query Resolution & Stakeholder Support Address team queries, ensuring timely

resolution. Communicate proactively via emails, calls, and on-site visits to assist users

across multiple products.

3. Research Improve processes and products through in-depth research, identifying

efficiencies, innovations, and best practices.

4. Data Engineering & Management Work with large datasets to clean, structure, and

analyze trends. Maintain data integrity and standardization across systems.

Profile Requirements:

1. Technical & Analytical Skills -

> Tech-Savviness: Comfortable learning and adapting to new tools and software.

> Data Handling: Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel and other Data tools for data processing.

> AI & Automation: Basic knowledge of AI applications and process automation is a plus.

> Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to diagnose issues and suggest solutions.

2. Soft Skills & Collaboration -

> Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to engage with stakeholders.

> Attention to Detail: Ability to test and validate product components to ensure quality.

> Creativity: Think innovatively for process improvements and stakeholder engagement.

> Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product and operations teams.

> Prior experience in a stakeholder support, product research, or data management role is

beneficial.
