Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially driven strategy professional with a strong background in strategic market research, business analysis, and corporate strategy to join our Corporate Strategy team. In this role, you will evaluate markets, emerging technologies, customer needs, competitors, and industry trends to identify opportunities that support Antier's growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Strategy:
- Support the evaluation and execution of strategic business initiatives and long-term growth priorities.
- Develop business cases for new products, services, markets, partnerships, and strategic investments.
- Contribute to annual strategic planning and corporate growth initiatives.
Strategic Market Research:
- Conduct in-depth market research across Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Web3, Enterprise Software, FinTech, Digital Assets, Digital Identity, Cybersecurity, and adjacent technology sectors.
- Evaluate market opportunities using structured analytical frameworks, including market sizing, customer segmentation, competitive assessment, and commercial viability analysis.
- Monitor technology adoption, customer demand, investment activity, regulatory developments, and macroeconomic trends.
Competitive Intelligence:
- Build and maintain a structured competitive intelligence framework.
- Benchmark competitors across products, services, pricing, positioning, business models, partnerships, and go-to-market strategies.
- Track product launches, funding activity, mergers & acquisitions, technology innovation, and market movements.
Growth Strategy & Portfolio Evaluation:
- Assess the commercial potential of existing and emerging business opportunities.
- Evaluate product-market fit, commercialization models, pricing strategies, and revenue potential.
Executive Decision Support:
- Prepare executive presentations, strategic reports, business cases, and leadership briefings.
- Translate complex research into concise, actionable business insights.
Qualifications:
- MBA or Postgraduate Degree in Strategy, Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline from a reputed institution.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Experience:
- 5-10 years of experience in Strategic Market Research, Corporate Strategy, Market Intelligence, Management Consulting, Strategic Planning, Business Research, or Growth Strategy.
- Experience in Strategy, Advisory, Market Research, or Growth Consulting within leading consulting firms will be highly preferred.
