Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Search Engine Optimization Specialist located in Gurugram. The specialist will be responsible for performing keyword research, conducting SEO audits, building links, analyzing web traffic, and performing on-page and off-page SEO optimization. You will drive the growth of traffic, user engagement, conversion and business success from a strong organic presence on Search Engines, especially Google, YouTube and Marketplaces.

1. On-page optimizations including SEO audit, keyword research, technical SEO, structured data, site speed and mobile optimization
   
2. Off-page optimization
3. Web analytics and conversion optimization of SEO traffic
4. Marketplace organic ranking optimization
5. Content-driven SEO
6. Monitoring, reporting and driving performance.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 2-4 years of relevant and high-performance SEO experience, including keyword research, SEO audit, and on-page and off-page optimization.
2. Expertise with tools and platforms including Keyword planning, Search Console, Google Analytics etc. In-depth knowledge of winning SEO practices.
3. Should have run SEO at a significant scale (Tens of thousands if not Lakhs of organic sessions per month)
4. Expertise with eCommerce SEO as well as content-based SEO
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
6. High ownership and a bias for action.
