Job Description
- As a Capacity Analyst in our Insto Capacity Management team at ANZ, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that Capacity & Performance Controls comply with regulatory guidelines such as APRA and MAS. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and optimizing system capacity and usage to maintain system availability and stability, providing measurable assurance to the business. You will be accountable for identifying potential capacity constraints, guiding Capacity Planners in developing new capacity plans, using tools like ServiceNow and Splunk, creating capacity reports, and communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure capacity is a top priority.
To excel in this role, you should have hands-on experience in Application Delivery/Support, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrate a process-oriented approach to capacity management, and be capable of monitoring IT availability levels and presenting comprehensive Capacity & Availability reports. Additionally, having ITIL V4 certification, proficiency in building dashboards and reporting using Excel, exposure to analytics and reporting tools, and understanding of IT Automation/Tools and Cloud Services will be advantageous.
You will have the opportunity to drive improvement sessions with senior stakeholders, build strong internal customer relationships, and leverage your excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, collaboration, and teamwork skills. A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Science, a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science, or any Diploma courses in IT/Technology are preferred qualifications for this role.
