As an Associate Director, you will join our office leadership team. You will be an integral part of moving our business forward and helping our Fortune 500 clients with unique solutions to their challenges. What the day will look like

• Responsible for the overall servicing of a portfolio of key client accounts
• Member of office leadership team: develop strategies across key components of our business.
  
• Mentor and develop colleagues.
• Strategize with clients on how best to optimize their captive insurance company and help develop solutions to complex client problems.
• Collaborate with other parts of Aon to bring the best solutions to our clients.
• Prepare and present insights during client board meetings.
• Increase Aons profile within the captive insurance market.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Strong leadership skills and proven track record in similar roles
• Extensive and proven experience in senior roles, preferably within captive Insurance management - essential
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to lead projects and motivate teams to execute strategies.

The salary range for this position is $140,000-$165,000 annually plus an incentive based on office performance. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary will vary based on the applicants education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Burlington, VT. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.
