Work Experience
- CA/CMA - Completion of Articleship of 3 years + Up to 3 year of work experience in Record to Report function, Preparation and Analysis of Financials, General Ledger reporting, month end closures etc.

Scope
- General Ledger Accounting and month end closure
- Preparation and analysis of management accounts for the small to medium complex clients
- Provide year-end support for audit work, regulatory financials etc
- Any other adhoc work as required
- General Accounting, Technical Insurance Accounting, Intercompany and Reconciliation.
- End to End Accounting and preparation of Financials for small to medium complex clients
- Provide year end support for audit work, preparation of Boardpacks, Statutory Financials and Annual Returns
- Provide support to domiciles on adhoc queries, additional work requests etc
- Self-assess the impact of transactions and process.
- Regularly interact with domicile (onshore managers) to receive information and clarifications for preparation of financials
- Plan and prioritize the task in order to meet multiple deliverables on the same day
- Provide support to the team to meet the deliverables with excellent quality
- General Accounting Knowledge
- Independently analyze the source documents for accounting purpose
- Analysis of Investment Reports and accounting for the transactions
- Analysis and accounting of Forex transactions
- Financial Statements preparation as per the GAAP standards
- Audit experience - internal & statutory
- Accounting tool knowledge

- Very good knowledge in MS Excel and Word applications
- Excellent Communication - written and oral
- Effectively manage multiple clients and requests simultaneously along with meeting quality
- Ability to prioritize tasks depending on criticality and impact
- Work under tight turn-around situations
- Identify areas for improvement in the assigned work
