Academic Coordinator

1 To coordinate the total educational programme of the concerned department both curricular and co-curricular aimed at enhancing the academic standards and students performance in board exams.

2 To help the new teachers in the department to acclimatize themselves in understanding the ethos of the school and the way of functioning in the department.

3 To help the teachers in the department individually and collectively to grow professionally on the job.

4 To help the Principal in preparing the Institutional Plan of the concerned department.

5 To check diaries of the teachers and guide them in the matter of writing the diaries properly and meaningfully.

6 To check the notebooks of the student to ensure that the work is being done properly.

7 To organize field trips and educational excursions of the students in the department to make these outing educationally enriching.

8 To help the teachers to give innovative and creative Home Assignments.

9 To organize demonstration lesson within the departments.

10 To ensure that the syllabi are properly graded month wise as well as term-wise and completed as planned.
