Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure effective recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate and facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.
- Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Manage offboarding processes and exit interviews to gather valuable feedback and ensure a positive employee departure experience.
- Visa Processing:
- Handle visa and work permit processes for international employees, ensuring compliance with immigration laws and timelines.
- Maintain accurate records and manage reminders for visa renewals or status updates.
- Labor Law Compliance:
- Stay up to date with current labor laws and regulations, ensuring all HR practices comply with legal requirements.
- Advise management and employees on labor law-related issues, including contracts, disputes, and other employment-related concerns.
- HR Policy & Process Improvement:
- Continuously assess and improve HR policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Ensure HR documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and in compliance with legal and company standards.
- Leave and Attendance Management:
- Oversee employee attendance and leave management, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on employee attendance, leave balances, and other relevant data.
- Record Keeping & Document Management:
- Maintain accurate records of employees personal information, job history, and any relevant documentation.
- Set up and monitor reminder triggers for document expirations, such as visas, work permits, and certifications.
- Group Medical Insurance Management:
- Administer the company’s group medical insurance policy, ensuring employee eligibility and coverage.
- Act as the main point of contact for employees’ insurance concerns and coordinate with the insurer to resolve any issues.
- Employee Orientation:
- Coordinate and conduct employee orientation sessions to ensure new hires understand company culture, policies, and benefits.
