We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive business growth by generating leads, counseling students and professionals, promoting training programs, and building strong client relationships.

• Generate leads through calls, emails, social media, and referrals.
• Counsel students and working professionals about training programs and career opportunities.
• Convert inquiries into enrollments and achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleges, and corporate partners.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns.
• Update and maintain customer information in CRM systems.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to build relationships and close deals.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Any Graduate / MBA (Marketing, Sales, Business Management preferred).
