Role Summary:

Day-to-Day AMS activities, ensuring compliance with SLAs

Should have proficiency in one or more modules of Infor M3 ERP like Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse management, Sales Order Management, Manufacturing or Finance.
Knowledge in Infors Edge products like Factory Track, Demand Planning or Scheduling Work Bench is preferred
Should be hands-on with Ticketing systems like ServiceNow or FreshService, plan release plans, especially disruptive changes released during April and November every year.
