Data Analyst

Responsibilities:-

● Analyze current data sources and create rules for effective ETL processes.

● Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.

● Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.

● Develop company A/B testing framework and test model quality.

● Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.

● Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.

● Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing  techniques and business strategies.

Qualification:-

●Experience: 1 to 3 years in diving into data and building statistical models, has a degree in quantitative field such as math, physics, comp science.

●Experience in using Python

●Experience working on data EDA, cleaning, and creating data architectures, and ETL processes.

●Knowledge and experience in statistical and data mining techniques: Regression, Random Forest, Boosting, Trees, text mining etc.

●You are a clear and concise communicator who can synthesize a lot of information quickly, highlight the key takeaways, and disseminate meaningful insights.

●Demonstrates optimism, respects others, and works well in a team

●You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and address something hands-on, you persevere when others fall away.
