Job Description
Apollo Hospitals, Financial District, Hyderabad, is looking for a Manager- OPD Operations to lead the OPD services.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Drive an end-to-end DIGITAL OPD EXPERIENCE covering appointments, patient flow, EMR, billing, diagnostics, and follow-ups
• Ensure smooth OPD operations with optimal TATs, doctor utilization, and patient satisfaction
• Strengthen OPD-to-IP conversion funnels using digital tools, EMR triggers, and real-time coordination
• Partner with IP operations and bed management teams to ensure timely and efficient patient admissions
• Work closely with clinical, nursing, IT, and support teams during go-live and stabilization
ELIGIBILITY
• 10+ years of hospital operations experience
• Experience in large multi-specialty / tertiary care hospitals is ESSENTIAL
• New hospital commissioning experience preferred
• Qualification in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management / MBA (Healthcare)
