Job Description
- Identify and approach potential customers through leads, referrals, cold calling, and networking
- Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance products
- Explain policy features, benefits, premium structures, and terms clearly to customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDA regulations
- Maintain accurate sales records and client information
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree (preferred not mandatory)
- Experience in insurance sales.
