Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of hotel rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Oversee facility management services including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of facilities to maintain high standards of guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective housekeeping policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Supervise a team of housekeeping staff members to provide guidance on tasks such as room preparation, linen distribution, waste disposal, etc.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement in housekeeping operations.
