Job Description
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
- Oversee general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
- Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Lead the annual budgeting process.
- Monitor budget vs. actual performance and provide variance analysis.
- Monitor cash flow, banking, and liquidity.
- Implement and maintain internal control systems.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and corporate policies.
- Liaise with external auditors and ensure successful audits.
- Oversee tax planning and compliance (Income tax, GST).
- File statutory returns on time.
- Manage and mentor accounting and finance teams.
- Establish departmental goals and performance metrics.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency.

Technical Skills : Accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS), Excel, financial modeling
Soft Skills : Attention to detail, analytical thinking, communication, leadership, integrity
Qualifications : CA or Semi Qualified CA, CMA.
ExperienceTypically 5-7 years in finance, with experience in accounting and reporting roles.
