Job Title :Business Development Executive (Voice Process, Inside Sales, International Sales)

Location :Coimbatore and Tiruppur

Experience Required : 2–4 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive with experience in international voice process and inside sales. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in international cold calling, lead generation, sales pipeline management, and revenue-oriented client acquisition. Candidates should be comfortable interacting with global clients across different time zones and capable of driving business growth through consultative selling techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct international cold calls to identify and acquire new business opportunities.
  • Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through outbound sales activities.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Handle end-to-end inside sales activities including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure.
  • Identify customer requirements and provide suitable service solutions.
  • Schedule meetings and product demos with potential international clients.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and updates in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business teams to improve lead conversion strategies.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasting data, and pipeline updates for management review.
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business opportunities.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Lusha for prospect research and lead enrichment.
  • Manage follow-up campaigns using email automation tools like Lemlist or Salesloft.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in international inside sales or voice process.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Experience working with US, UK, Middle East, or other international markets is preferred.
