About The Role

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development & Sales Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, generate qualified leads, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify & generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals & networking
• Research target markets & build a strong sales pipeline
• Conduct client calls, meetings, and product presentations
• Understand client requirements & propose digital marketing / business solutions
• Manage complete sales cycle - from lead generation to closure & follow-up
• Build & maintain long-term client relationships
• Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
• Prepare quotations, proposals & presentations
• Maintain CRM & sales tracking

• 1–3 years experience in Business Development / B2B Sales / Software Selling
• Strong verbal & written communication
• Good negotiation, persuasion & client-handling skills
• Lead generation & relationship management
• Target-oriented & performance-driven
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Email & CRM
• Experience in Digital Marketing / IT Services / SaaS / B2B will be an advantage
