Job Description
- You will be a Lead DotNet Developer responsible for developing innovative software solutions using the DotNet framework. Your role will involve leading projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards. You will drive architectural decisions, implement best practices, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Designing scalable and maintainable software architectures, troubleshooting technical issues, gathering requirements from stakeholders, participating in code reviews, and maintaining documentation will be crucial tasks.
Your expertise will be utilized in leading the design, development, and implementation of DotNet applications. You will work closely with product managers and stakeholders to define project scope, mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot software defects, and ensure adherence to technical guidelines. Implementing automated testing and deployment processes, staying updated with industry trends, and innovating with emerging technologies are also part of your role.

To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with proven experience as a DotNet Developer. Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and other DotNet technologies is essential. Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with Angular or React is required. Experience with database management systems such as SQL Server or Oracle, strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset are also necessary for this role.,
