Job Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Manager with 5-8 years of experience to lead our recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication, and a proven ability to collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies and plans that align with business goals and workforce projections.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, assessing, and extending offers.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, develop accurate job descriptions, and provide expert guidance on market trends.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze key recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness, identify bottlenecks, and drive data-driven improvements.
- Candidate Experience: Enhance the candidate experience by providing timely communication and a transparent, positive journey from initial contact to onboarding.
Skills:
- Recruitment Expertise: A strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and strategies.
- Leadership: Proven experience in a leadership role, managing recruitment functions and teams.
- Communication & Relationships: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

- Analytical: The ability to provide data-driven insights and reports to inform business decisions.
- Technical: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Specialization: Experience with IT staffing and an understanding of IT-related roles and technologies is a plus.
Experience & Education:
Experience: A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related recruitment role.
Education: A Bachelor's and Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
