About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager with 7–8 years of experience, preferably with a strong digital marketing agency background.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling clients, managing a marketing team, developing strategies, and ensuring timely execution with measurable business results. This role requires someone who can take ownership, manage multiple priorities, and drive campaigns from strategy to execution and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business and client objectives.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients and act as the primary point of contact.
• Understand client requirements, business goals, target audiences, and marketing challenges.
• Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring effective delegation, coordination, and timely delivery.
• Plan and oversee digital marketing activities including SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Lead Generation, and Performance Marketing, Website Management.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
• Define KPIs, track performance, and prepare regular reports for clients and management.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Work closely with internal teams including SEO, Content, Design, Development, and Performance Marketing.
• Identify new growth opportunities and contribute to client retention and account expansion.
• Troubleshoot campaign and execution-related challenges and take corrective actions.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, technologies, and industry best practices.
• Be accountable for execution, performance, and measurable results.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7–8 years of experience in Marketing/Digital Marketing.
• Agency experience is mandatory.
• Proven experience in client handling and account management.
• Strong team management and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign execution.
• Experience managing multiple clients/projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ownership mindset with a result-oriented approach.
• Experience with marketing tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and reporting platforms will be an advantage.
