Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution professionally.
- Monitor employee performance review cycles and support managers with evaluations.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and confidential information.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives.
- Manage attendance, leave management, and HRIS data accuracy.
- Support payroll processing by coordinating employee information with finance.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
- Drive employee retention and succession planning initiatives.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee turnover trends.
- Generate HR reports and workforce analytics for management.
- Collaborate with department heads to support manpower planning.

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- MBA or PGDM in Human Resource Management is an advantage.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in Human Resources.
- MBA/PGDM specializing in Human Resource Management.
- HR certifications (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, HRCI, CHRP, or equivalent).
- Experience in employee engagement and organizational development.
- Knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
