Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact recruiters and HR professionals.
- Guide recruiters through the registration and job posting process.
- Follow up with recruiters to activate their accounts.
- Contact job seekers and assist them in completing their profiles.
- Help candidates upload resumes and apply for relevant jobs.
- Explain platform features and resolve basic queries.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Meet daily activity and onboarding goals.
- Excellent verbal communication.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle multiple conversations professionally.
- Strong follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Any Bachelors Degree.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Experience in HR, customer support, recruitment, or operations is an added advantage.
