Senior Manager - Corporate Finance & Treasury

About the Role - Conduct and drive activities for project financing, raising capital market debt, hedging, investment of surplus funds, ensuring increased profitability, timely and cost-effective availability of funds, and continuity of projects.

Responsibilities -

• Lead Financings (along with associated compliances) for the Renewables business segment of Apraava Energy Group. Drive long-term and short-term financings to support business investment decisions and raise funds at optimal rates.
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to secure best financing deals for Apraava Energy (Renewables Business) and ensure compliances are met.
• Effectively implement various hedging strategies to minimize risk to Apraava Energy due to foreign currency exposure.
• Execute treasury related processes to ensure timely availability of funds for Apraava Energy and maximum returns on investments

• Business Development Team Seeking data on various aspects of new bid in order to secure financing
• Senior management Teams Presenting data, analysis and financing recommendations when required

External Clients

• Banks, Financial Institutions, Investors Financing and investment decisions
• Credit Rating Agencies Improving the credit rating
• Consultants, industry experts identifying new deals and financing opportunities

Functional Skills

• Thorough understanding of the Indian Power Industry
• Knowledge of fund management / cash management
• Understanding of domestic, international money and forex market
• Knowledge of treasury processes
