Job Description
The ideal candidate should possess strong consulting experience, stakeholder management capabilities, and expertise across core HR domains including talent strategy, performance management, organizational design, and HR process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Capital Strategy:
- Partner with business leaders and clients to develop and implement human capital strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Assess existing HR frameworks and recommend process improvements, workforce optimization, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Support HR transformation and digital HR initiatives.
Organizational Development:
- Design and implement organization structures, competency frameworks, and workforce planning models.
- Drive succession planning, leadership development, and talent pipeline initiatives.
- Conduct organizational diagnostics and recommend change interventions.
Talent Management:
- Develop and enhance performance management systems and employee development frameworks.
- Support talent acquisition strategy, employer branding, and retention initiatives.
- Design employee engagement and culture transformation programs.
HR Consulting & Advisory:
- Provide strategic HR advisory services on compensation benchmarking, HR policies, employee lifecycle management, and workforce analytics.
- Conduct HR audits, gap assessments, and compliance reviews.
- Facilitate workshops, leadership sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
Change Management:
- Lead change management initiatives during organizational restructuring, mergers, digital transformation, or policy implementation.
- Drive communication strategies and employee adoption plans.
- Support business leaders in managing organizational transitions effectively.
Data Analytics & Reporting:
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to derive actionable insights.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations for leadership teams.
- Monitor effectiveness of HR initiatives through KPIs and performance metrics.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.

- 5-10 years of experience in HR consulting, human capital advisory, organizational development, or strategic HR roles.
- Experience in consulting firms, HR advisory services, or corporate HR transformation projects preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, talent strategy, and organizational effectiveness.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in fast-paced environments.
