Job Overview

The Senior Technical Content Developer/Reviewer will play a pivotal role in project teams, collaborating with stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and project management to ensure high-quality content creation and review. The role involves strategizing content approach, troubleshooting issues, maintaining quality standards, and supporting team coordination at the project level.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs, stakeholders, and Project Managers/Leads for complete functional clarity and project alignment.
• Formulate strategies, develop templates, and create technical content as needed for project deliverables.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of all project-related content and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve project-level issues promptly.
• Review courseware and provide technical support in content development as required.
• Uphold and enforce defined processes and standards across all deliverables.

• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with distributed teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated technical expertise in desktop/web application development across major proprietary and open-source technology stacks.
• Proficiency in AI/ML technologies and approaches.
• Substantial experience in technology-based content development and review.
• Prior experience designing and reviewing content for ILT (Instructor-Led Training) and blended learning environments.
• Strong understanding of Instructional Design Models, especially Blooms Taxonomy.
• Superior troubleshooting skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
