Digital Marketing Executive Arabic Speaker

Job Purpose

To plan, execute, and optimize AQAAR's digital presence across all online channels. This role ensures measurable lead generation, web visibility, and customer engagement through data-driven digital strategies — aligning creative, technical, and analytical marketing efforts to achieve the company's commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Campaign Management

• Plan and execute paid campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok) aligned with approved content from the Multimedia Desinger.
• Optimize campaigns for ROI, conversion rate, and cost per lead (CPL).
• Monitor daily performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with external agencies and media vendors for campaign setup and reporting.

2. Website & SEO Management

• Oversee AQAAR's corporate website and project microsites to ensure up-to-date content, functionality, and user experience.
• Implement SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical) in collaboration with the Multimedia Desinger for keyword-rich copy.
• Conduct performance audits using Google Analytics, Search Console, and Hotjar, improving bounce rate, site speed, and mobile UX.
• Manage web forms and integration with CRM systems for seamless lead capture.
  

3. CRM & Lead Generation

• Track and manage leads generated from all digital sources using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
• Analyze lead quality, customer journey touchpoints, and conversion trends.
• Work with Sales and Call Center teams to ensure lead follow-up and feedback loops.

4. Social Media & Digital Publishing

• Maintain a unified social media calendar jointly with the Multimedia Desinger.
• Schedule and publish content designed by the Multimedia Desinger and approved by the Marketing Manager.
• Engage with online audiences, respond to inquiries, and escalate qualified leads to Sales.
• Monitor engagement rates and recommend improvements based on analytics.

5. Data Analytics & Reporting

• Track all digital metrics including traffic, CTR, CPL, and engagement rates.
• Prepare monthly dashboards and ROI analyses for management.
• Present actionable insights to improve performance and campaign effectiveness.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with the Multimedia Desinger to ensure copy aligns with ad targeting and campaign strategy.
• Work with Multimedia Desinger to adapt visuals and video formats for multiple digital platforms.
• Align digital tactics with Sales and Leasing teams to ensure campaigns support business objectives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or performance media.
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and CRM platforms.
• Strong understanding of user acquisition, A/B testing, and analytics dashboards.
• Basic HTML or CMS knowledge is an advantage.
• Excellent coordination and project management skills.
