Job Description

This entry-level opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with limited professional experience who are eager to enhance their analytical skills in a practical, hands-on setting. Collaborating closely with senior business analysts, you will have the chance to immerse yourself in business processes, data analysis, and decision-making frameworks.
Your key responsibilities will include assisting in data collection and analysis to drive decision-making, supporting the documentation of business requirements and specifications, learning to identify and document current business processes, facilitating stakeholder communication, conducting market research, preparing and executing testing plans, and generating reports to track project progress and performance.
To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field (or be in the process of completing a degree). A strong interest in business analysis, process improvement, and data analytics is essential, along with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools. Excellent communication skills, critical thinking abilities, problem-solving skills, self-motivation, attention to detail, and a desire to learn are key attributes we are looking for.

While exposure to Business Analysis tools, basic knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools, an understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, and familiarity with project management tools are preferred skills, they are not mandatory requirements.
