Job Description

    You will be responsible for client servicing, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and addressing their inquiries and concerns. Your role will involve developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborating with clients to understand their goals, objectives, and target audiences will be essential in suggesting suitable solutions. Additionally, you will conduct regular business reviews with clients, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights to drive growth. Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services will contribute to revenue growth. You will also be required to create engaging decks using tools like PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Prezi to effectively communicate complex information to clients. Gathering and incorporating client feedback to enhance our services and overall client experience will be crucial.
    In addition to client servicing, you will have operational responsibilities. This includes coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely campaign launch and delivery, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meeting tight deadlines. Verifying ad creative assets, targeting options, and campaign settings for accuracy, as well as troubleshooting campaign issues and maintaining accurate records on campaign performance will be part of your role. Staying updated with CTV industry trends, best practices, and platform updates such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads will be necessary. You will also participate in process improvement initiatives, suggesting efficiencies and innovations to enhance operational processes and client servicing standards.

    To qualify for this role, you should have 4-5+ years of experience in digital advertising operations, client servicing, or program management. A strong understanding of digital advertising platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads is required. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines, and demonstrate strong attention to detail and analytical skills. An MBA in marketing or a related field would be advantageous.,
