About the Role:

Aram Building Contracting is looking for a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Professional Graphic Design, Videography & Photography with a strong background in real estate marketing. The ideal candidate will be skilled in videography, photography, and content creation, with the ability to shoot high-quality videos/photos using mobile or professional cameras, edit content for multiple platforms, and create engaging campaigns that generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on lead generation

• Shoot and edit high-quality videos and photos for property listings, brand content, and social media campaigns
• Create engaging short-form and long-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Manage and grow the company s digital presence across all platforms
• Plan and produce creative content that strengthens brand awareness and drives inquiries
• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals
• (Advantage) Support website updates, landing pages, and SEO optimization if skilled in web development

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on real estate lead generation
• Strong videography and photography skills (mobile and camera)
