Investment Banking Analyst - Financial Modeling & Valuation

What role you will play in team: You will be a key member of our financial modeling team, creating and maintaining complex financial models.

What you will do: You will develop and refine financial models used in valuations, deal structuring, and investment analysis.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for various purposes (e.g., LBO modeling, DCF analysis, comparable company analysis).
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and valuation of companies and assets.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of financial models and data.
• Prepare presentations and reports summarizing key findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with other team members on various projects.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and evolving financial modeling techniques.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (including VBA) and other financial modeling software.
• Excellent understanding of financial statements and valuation methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
