Investment Banking Analyst - Restructuring

What role you will play in team: You’ll be a member of a team focused on financial restructuring advisory services.

What you will do: Support senior professionals in assessing financial distress situations and developing restructuring plans.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling for distressed companies.
• Develop restructuring plans, including debt refinancing and asset sales.
• Support the negotiation of agreements with creditors and other stakeholders.
• Prepare presentations and reports for clients and senior management.
• Conduct industry and company research related to restructuring transactions.
• Contribute to client proposals and presentations.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Understanding of financial restructuring principles and techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
