Private Equity Analyst - Real Estate Investments

What role you will play in team: You'll be an integral part of our real estate investment team, responsible for evaluating and analyzing potential investments in the real estate sector across India.

What you will do: You will conduct thorough due diligence, including financial analysis, market research, and property valuations. You’ll help develop investment recommendations and support senior team members.

Key responsibility:

• Conducting comprehensive due diligence on potential real estate investments.
• Developing and maintaining financial models for real estate projects.
• Conducting market research and analysis to identify promising investment opportunities.
• Preparing detailed investment memos and presentations.
• Assisting in the negotiation of investment terms with developers and sellers.
• Monitoring and managing the performance of our real estate investments.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Master's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Experience in real estate finance or investment analysis preferred.
• Excellent financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Strong understanding of real estate markets in India.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
