Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager specializing in luxury real estate, based in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales strategies, building a robust client portfolio, and nurturing strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and investors. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing property listings, presenting offerings to potential buyers, negotiating deals, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to meet sales targets. The role also involves identifying and capitalizing on market trends to drive growth in the luxury real estate segment.
Qualifications- Extensive experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Acquisition within the real estate sector
- Strong expertise in Relationship Management and Customer Engagement, particularly with high-net-worth clients
- Proficiency in Negotiation, Deal Structuring, and Closing Sales
- Comprehensive knowledge of the luxury real estate market and market trends
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience with CRM systems and digital sales tools is a plus
- Fluency in multiple languages and cultural awareness is advantageous
