• Department: Finance & Accounts-Taxation Locaton: Mumbai Position: Assistant Manager - Direct Taxation Educational Qualifications: B.Com. Chartered Accountant (CA) Professional Experience: 3 - 4 years of direct tax experience in large manufacturng organisation. Job-Description:
• Preparation of current tax, deferred tax, tax rate reconciliations and Tax Notes for Statutory Accounts and Group reporting.
• Preparation of omputation of Income.

• Preparation and filling of Income Tax Return.
• Calculation andpayment of Advance Tax.
• Assist in County-by-Country Reporting.
• Reconciliation of 26AS/TIS/ AIS with Financial Statements.
• Supporting Automation Projects for Direct Tax Compliances and Reporting.
