We are seeking a proactive and detail-orientedBA LLB Graduatefor a3-month Legal Internshipwithin our In-house Legal Department. This role offers a unique opportunity to understand the intersection of Law and Technology.

You will gain exposure to the legal operations of a fast-growing IT company, focusing on contract management, data privacy, and corporate compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contract Lifecycle Management:Assisting in drafting and reviewing Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• IPR Management:Researching trademark filings, copyright issues for software code, and protecting the company's intellectual property.
• 
  Compliance & Research:Tracking changes in IT laws, Data Protection regulations (DPDP Act), and labor law compliances relevant to the tech industry.
• Legal Tech:Utilizing and managing internal contract repositories and legal automation tools.
• Secretarial Support:Assisting with board meeting documentation and statutory filings.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualification:Recent BA LLB graduate.
• Focus Area:Strong interest in Corporate Law, Information Technology Law, and IPR.
• Communication:Excellent drafting skills with the ability to simplify complex legal jargon for non-legal teams (Engineers/Sales).
