Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Branch Business Manager. The role includes leading branch operations, managing and growing a portfolio, acquiring new clients, and achieving financial and operational targets. Responsibilities also include assessing creditworthiness, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards, developing strategies for branch growth, and maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+year experience of LAP/HL.
• Proficiency in sales, business development, and client acquisition for meeting and exceeding branch targets
• Experience in credit risk assessment, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance
