Crisil has assigned Arka a rating of AA (-) for the long-term borrowings and A1 (+) for the short-term borrowings.
Arka is currently present in 17 cities across West, South and North regions in India and has 300+ employees across all branches.

Key Responsibility Areas

• Develop & drive the business operational plan and strategy for aggressive growth in the ST - LAP
• Create working plan for volume scale up with profitability for meeting defined targets
• To act as a productive resource by meeting targets
• Demonstrate sound knowledge of systems, processes, and business and financial modelling.

Must Haves

• Small Ticket LAP Sales through Direct Channels & Connectors by Lead generation, Open Market
• Candidates with Experience in Small ticket LAP sales or Small Ticket Home loan or Affordable housing only
  

Education

• Have a minimum qualification of Graduate and above
  

Requirements

• Candidate should have 8+ yrs exp in Selling Small Ticket LAP or HL or Secured PL/BL
• Candidate age should be between 30-35 years
• Good Communication skills in Local language and basic System Knowledge
