Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Hanumangarh. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks involve meeting clients, identifying their financial needs, cross-selling suitable financial products, and providing ongoing customer support. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of financing solutions and compliance with company policies.

• Proficiency in financial products, credit analysis, and customer service
• Experience in identifying and converting business opportunities

• Knowledge of compliance, risk assessment, and understanding of financing products such as secured and unsecured loans
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and achieve targets effectively
• Bachelors degree in finance, business, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
• Prior experience in NBFC, banking, or financial services is an added advantage
