Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer at #ARM Worldwide in Mumbai. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for developing and implementing digital strategies, setting KPIs, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing campaigns across various platforms to drive client success. They will work closely with the team of strategy experts and creative professionals to ensure impactful digital transformations and trending conversations.

Qualifications

• Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Paid Media skills
• Minimum 4 years of experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Experience in setting KPIs, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing digital campaigns
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
• Certifications in digital marketing or related fields are a plus
