Were looking for a highly organised, proactive Assistant Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This is a hands-on role where youll work directly alongside our Events, Marcomm, Branding & Case Studies Manager, helping take on meaningful work while also owning agency coordination and marketing admin.

WHAT YOULL BE DOING

• Supporting the execution of events, on-site branding, and customer case studies.
• Acting as the day-to-day contact for our creative, content, and media agencies, managing briefs, timelines, and feedback.
• Keeping marketing projects on track through strong coordination, calendars, and admin systems.
• Helping manage marketing POs, and invoice processing
• Being the glue that keeps the team organised and moving forward.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

• 2–4 years in a marketing coordination or executive role.
• Experience with events, branding, or agency coordination.
• Strong project management instincts, you track, follow up, and close loops.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable working across multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing
• Experience in Intralogistics, warehouse automation will be an added advantage
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), AI tools for marketing.
