Sr. Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft innovative and technically sophisticated solutions that clearly address client specifics and challenges, enhancing operational efficacy and efficiency.
• Develop and deliver clear, engaging, and informative presentations that effectively communicate the benefits and features of our solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Thoroughly document requirements after client discussions and communicate these effectively to the development team, ensuring precision in project execution.
• Maintain ongoing communication with both clients and internal teams throughout the solution development lifecycle to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.

Qualifications:

• BE &/or having some professional diploma/ post grad courses in BA, Operations, warehouse management, supply chain management.
• At least 5 years of experience in technical presales, specifically within industries focusing on SAP-integrated warehouse automation solutions.
• A profound capability to engage stakeholders at all levels, translating complex technical concepts into clear business impacts.
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills, with fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages as a significant asset.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing complex projects and navigating challenging project timelines.
• A proactive problem-solver, confident in making decisions that influence project outcomes.
• Willing and able to travel frequently as demanded by client engagement and project needs.
